Late Payment and Non-Payment of Fees

Fees are due within the first 2 weeks of term.  However, they can be paid half-termly.  Please note that late or non-payment of fees may, at the discretion of the Trustees, result in your child losing their place at Playgroup until such time as all outstanding fees (including any due in advance) are paid.  Please note that any bank charges (for example if cheques are returned to us by the bank) will be passed onto parents/carers.

Payment of Fees

Bank holidays are not charged for.  Please note that there is a no refund of fees in the event of illness or other absence or if Playgroup is forced to close due to snow etc..


Notice Period

If you wish to withdraw your child from Playgroup, we require half a term's notice.  If you fail to give the required notice, you will be liable to pay for an additional half term, although this may be reduced pro-rata at the absolute discretion of the Trustees, in accordance with the length of notice actually given.

Payment of Fees

Fees can be paid in cash, by cheque, via bank transfer or thorugh Childcare Vouchers.  Please use your child's name as a reference.  Please also let us know that you have paid, as sometimes references do not come through, meaning that we cannot link the payment to you.
